Walking down a street in York with my friend, on the way to a tearoom of course, and we come across a sign that says ‘Made Locally with Love Fair’……ooooo why not pop in ehh? I’d been to a few fairs in the Merchant Adventurers’ Hall before and knew they were good!
We had a good wonder around and enjoy ourselves, although we weren’t sure how to get invovled with the various classes that were going on!!
There were funky necklaces, fabric flower brooches, handmade notebooks and more! It was lovely.
Here are a few of the stalls we saw and their lovely wares:
All of the stalls!
Some beautifully carved print blocks!
Lots of lovely necklaces made by ‘Yewtree Jewellery’
My friends new necklace aka ‘The Kraken!’
Beautiful crafted books and notebooks!
Some pretty Penny Blossoms! Well that’s what we called them!
Box full of beautiful button earrings! These were made by ‘Granny’s Sewing Box’
I spy some old country rose!
Some china, always a favourite type of stall! This was right next to the vintage tearoom, which I’m definitely going to try at their next event.
I couldn’t buy anything but it was all so pretty to look at 🙂
